MATLASCOM 2000 SRL was founded in 1998, being specialized in quilting for clothing.
In 2002 it followed a period of massive investments for growing the production capacity and widening the design's range. In 2003 we bought two electronic quilting machines in addition to the existing three machines.
Today we have five quilting machines out of which
two are electronic, able to realize the
most complex designs, one is with twin needles,
able to reproduce the usual designs but with twin lines, 4 mm (1/6 of an inch)
distance in between, and two are mechanical
in perfect working conditions.

It followed, in 2005, building of a modern brand new place
located in Racova on the DN ... Bacau - Piatra Neamt. Building this place,
we tried to improve at the maximum the production flow, using all our experience
in this field.
We are always searching to keep up with the latest news in order to provide our
clients with more complete and quality services. We can adapt our production
capacities depending on the clients needs.
For quilting we use only best quality thread, produced by the company
Polfil SNC from Bologna, Italy.
All the quilted material is rechecked for repairing all the possible quality
problems appeared when quilted.
